EZ Lube
At 500 miles I went to EZ lube for my oil change. For diesels, they use Mobil Delvac 1. The best synthetic motor oil for diesels. The exact same stuff as Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck that I had tested that got an amazing result. I also found a $10 off coupon for the oil change when you use an American express card.

Still not using approved 505.01?? YOu just said you learned that you needed to use approved oil. Plan on some valve tappets shattering or cam lobes wearing sending some valves straight into your pistons. That is, of course, if your turbo doesn't give out first. People are nay-saying very specific things for a very specific reason. Try taking some advice since you already failed once. Keep in mind that a properly maintained TDI can run for 1/2 a million miles. I drove 45,000 on mine in the last two years alone and haven't suffered so much as a shudder at idle.
